Nothing. Mark me well. Nothing is unsinkable.
Fasted way to find out. Say your thing is unsinkable within ear shot of the ocean.
It is a sin to provoke the spirits of dark and lonely water.

The moral of the story children: "Don't work for big oil." They don't have your best interests at heart. Even if they are "sorry".

"Theres a six foot long tunnel into a giant inky black abyss."

"I think I'll go there."

Cave divers are insane.

"For some reason they turned on each other even though remaining together as a group would have made them all safer..." How very human of them.

Two thoughts on the above:

  1. It seems like a constant pattern, no matter the year, is that one of the halves of the Earth is enveloped by water. I wonder what that's about.
  2. Most people probably don't know this, but there have been many other mass extinctions besides the one that killed the dinosaurs. With each mass extinction, it seems like a new form of life rises to the forefront. There is some group of creatures that is always better suited to the new environment, and therefore thrives.

Shouldn't tiger sharks look like bigger, more colorful catfish?
I make it a point to not criticize apex predators about such trivialities as should vs shouldnt. Apex predators can look however they look. Its clearly working for them.

Lions vs tigers. Not who would win, but who do you like better?

I like them both for different reasons. I suppose I wax more romantic about Tigers, but in the elder times when lions were plentiful and dispersed enough to be found in jungles...There is something to me that feels romantic about that too.

I tend to find tigers more "relatable" personally.

I prefer tigers; I think they're more beautiful, scarier, and they like to swim.
The magnificent lion manes people think of when they think of a lion... those guys barely even hunt. Most of that is done by the females. You used to be able to find lions in Greece,
which is why the Greeks had stories about them.
