I'm really impressed by these tats and the tat artist's skill. She did an amazing job with the line art, and the colors also pop. Some tats look awful, this looks just like the comics. (It's all Byrne art.)

So for Free Comic Book Day, I got, among other things. It seems like Batman comics are getting into some weird cyberpunk stuff now, which seems like it could be cool.

Xmen 97 is the most engaged I've been in a TV show in a very long time. The finale came out yesterday, and as expected, it was amazing -- Season 2 has already been confirmed, but waiting 8-10 months for it seems like it will be an eternity.

All they need to do is bring back that same spiderman energy, and maybe the next reboot spider trilogy will be the manspider arc. (basks in hope)

It's too bad Byrne finished up the Seven Old Ones so quickly, it all could have been interesting....

It was a pretty cool twist when she goes after Tanaraq.

And Im inexplicably into anything remotely resembling Swamp Thing. Don't ask me why. I couldn't say. Like Constantine I'm pretty sure its just written into my base code.

Daw. Terry Moore, creator of Strangers in Paradise (SiP) with Francine and Katchoo -- looks he's led a happy life.

(Met him for about 20 seconds once at Baltimore Comic*Con, but he seemed to be in super-introvert mood that day and not wanting to talk, so I did not linger. He looks happier here.)

There was this graphic novel I read as a kid and I can't for the life of me remember the name. It is set on a world that is a medieval/fantasy setting, and it starts with a robot crash landing on the planet and being mistaken for a knight due to his head sort of resembling a knight's helmet. Would be grateful if anyone knows the title or author. It was kind of humorous and if I remember correctly maybe a tad bit too adult oriented for a little kid to be reading. I don't really remember much else about it.
