She was the worst member of Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem by far.I don't care for Janice.
You have to pronounce it "Janish" to sound like Tony. And don't forget the heavy breathing.Janice you bitch.
I have been thinking this too since Ralph came in after Ritchie went out. I think they would enjoy the hell out of hating each other and I think it would have pulled focus from the Sopranos, because those two are sick in the head in a way that would be addictive to watch. With Ritchie, you were always waiting for him to find his excuse for violence. With Ralph, you're always wondering how he's going to justify his violence after the fact.I wonder how Ralph and Richie would get along. It would be interesting to put all of the series antagonists together in one room.
Ralph was the better earner for sure. Richie had too much pent up anger about having done his time. I mean it's kind of understandable, he kept his mouth shut, did his time, got out and now guys that were smart ass kids when he was on the streets making his bones are running the enterprise. I don't know if Richie was ever going to climb above Captain but in his mind, he should've been boss by now. But a guy like Richie, had he lived past season 2, was probably bound to piss off the wrong people, perhaps someone in NY. He was too hard headed, like the whole garbage route wars, refusing to back down or give an inch. Of course that's also the case with Ralph, that he tended to piss off the wrong people, but he was able to earn enough to make himself worth keeping around. Ironic it was Tony and not someone from NY that ended up doing Ralph in.I have been thinking this too since Ralph came in after Ritchie went out. I think Ritchie would break Ralphs balls for the tears, crocodile they may be, but Ritchie having served time, would have less patience for seeing through Ralph's bullshit. Which Ralph wouldnt be able to abide, he wears his bullshit like he's hiding from the predator in the Humboldt Kill.
The biggest differences I see between them, is Ralph is able to hide his crazy better than Ritchie was, and where as Ritchie was set because he kept his mouth shut and did his dime, Ralph is known by everyone as a good earner.
So Silvio's assessment of Ritchie: "I genuinely don't think there's anything to gain by keeping him around." Wouldnt apply to Ralph.
But yeah man I think Ritchie and Ralph would have loved hating each other so much they would end up fucking, especially since Ralph likes it in the ass, and Ritchie doesnt like getting blowjobs from women after prison. And neither one of those guys seems like they could be in a friends with benefits situation and come out alive on the other side. Its interesting that they both hook up with Janice, who will let them do anything(well almost anything in Ritchie's case)
Well my read is Tony killed him because he beat that girl to death and killed the horse. But Yeah it surprises me that NY didnt move before he got to that point. The Crocodile tears at his first appearance at Livia's funeral. Which he just drops as soon as business comes up. I find it difficult to believe he wouldnt make the wrong powerful people nervous, like Junior killed that one lowlife with the jokes. I don't really see it either, although Chase does love to insert symbolism and visual references/gags throughout. He's a shit person but really no worse than the other guys. I think what sets Ralph apart is he's a little more chaotic than the other guys. People are more willing to tolerate evil when it takes a lawful or neutral form, but chaotic makes everyone uneasy, including the lawful evil people.Well my read is Tony killed him because he beat that girl to death and killed the horse. I'm curious about the theories that suggest that Ralph is the devil, the premise is interesting, but so far, I don't see it. Maybe I should have more Sympathy
